Since beginning her career in Marketing and Management over 20 years ago, Nancy Kiesl Dean has used her expertise and skill as a communicator to bring out the best in the companies and individuals who use her services. As a principal in The Dean Group, Kiesl Dean continues to expand her client base and grow her program to assist companies develop their most valuable resource - their employees.

As a marketing consultant, Kiesl Dean developed product promotions, recruitment plans, and employee training, wellness and improvement programs for business and industry. While working with an international office products manufacturer, she created a marketing promotion that earned national recognition by boosting sell-through of a product with previously stagnant sales. Her success led to more opportunities, allowing her to combine her skill in business with her educational background in interpersonal communication.
